Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://thinkthroo.com (the "Service") operated by Think Throo ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you do not have permission to access the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on your employer's behalf.
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will indicate the change on the Service by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account
To use the Service you must create an account by authenticating with your email address or GitHub. You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date. You may not share your account with any other person. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and actions that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your account.
Communications
By creating an account you agree that we may send you transactional emails (purchase confirmations, code review notifications, account alerts). We may also send newsletters and promotional content if you opt in. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You may not opt out of transactional emails related to your purchases or the security of your account.
Content (Courses)
Subject to payment of any applicable fees, Think Throo grants you a non-transferable, royalty-free licence, without the right to sublicence, to access and use any course content ("Content") you purchase through the Service. The Content is owned by Think Throo. You may use the Content for your own personal and professional purposes. You may not: (a) sell, share, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Content; (b) circumvent any security measures or attempt to access Content you have not paid for; or (c) permit or encourage any third party to do any of the foregoing.
While Think Throo strives to offer only content of the highest quality, we do not guarantee that Content is accurate or complete. Your use of or reliance on any Content is at your own risk.
Code Review Feature
The code review feature allows you to connect your GitHub account and submit code for automated review powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.
Your code remains yours. You retain full ownership of any source code you submit for review. You grant Think Throo a limited, temporary licence solely to transmit that code to Anthropic's API for the purpose of generating review comments. We do not store your source code on our servers; only the resulting review comments are stored and displayed to you in the Reviews section of the platform.
You agree not to submit code that: (a) you do not have the right to share; (b) contains malware, exploits, or harmful content; or (c) violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
Think Throo helps you define architecture documentation (markdown files) for your repository. You own this documentation. We store embeddings of it in Pinecone solely to improve the quality of your code reviews. Your source code is never stored. You may request deletion of your architecture documentation and embeddings at any time by contacting ramu@thinkthroo.com or you can delete the content yourself.
Payments
Subscriptions and Credits
Access to the code review feature requires either an active subscription plan or sufficient review credits purchased through the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable, and expire exactly one year from the date of purchase.
Payment Processing
Purchases are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You provide payment details (name, card number, expiry date, billing address) directly to Paddle. We do not receive or store your card information. Paddle is permitted to use that data only to process your purchase.
By completing a purchase you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method; and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorised transactions.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or use the Service.
