Subscriptions

Subscription plans are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

Review Credits

Purchased credits are non-refundable. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable, and expire exactly one year from the date of purchase.

Courses

Due to the digital nature of our course content and immediate access upon purchase, all course sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for course purchases.
